Smoked Beef Ribs are by far my favorite thing to cook. The flavour you can get from an all day smoke session is amazing. They are extremely forgiving and should be the go to item for BBQ newbies.

Pork belly gets trimmed and cubed. Dusted in The Foursaucemen pork rib rub and smoked over apple wood for 2 hours before being braised in BBQ sauce and served on homemade bao.

Pulled Pork Bao
Pulled pork is a staple of low n slow barbecue - so this week we have smoked a pork butt half that is rubbed down in some Wild Fennel Pork rub, on the Weber Smokey Mountain using Heat Beads and Apple Wood chunks from Barbecue Supplies NZ.
